About Compensation Reports

Clear support for decisions that need to hold up.

Reasonable compensation sits at the intersection of tax law, labor data, and professional judgment. We built a simpler way to bring those pieces together.

Our job is to turn a complicated standard into a practical, affordable report—without hiding the reasoning or removing the human review.

Good documentation shouldn’t be out of reach.

Andrew decided to build Compensation Reports after seeing how difficult it was for business owners and their advisors to find affordable compensation documentation that could support IRS standards. His legal studies at Georgetown sharpened the idea: the analysis had to be rigorous, but the process and the final explanation did not have to be opaque.

That belief still shapes the product today. We combine focused intake, precise wage geography, transparent calculations, and CPA review so every conclusion is understandable and ready to use.

The people behind the report

Expert judgment. Human help.

Andrew Conant, CPA, MSL, MBA, MAC

Andrew pairs sharp financial insight with a service-first approach. After earning a Master of Studies in Law from Georgetown Law, he spent years in public accounting and served as an accounting manager at the world’s largest credit union. He later founded Rock Solid Accounting, building a practice centered on clarity, proactive tax planning, and responsive partnership.

Compensation Reports grew from that same instinct: give owners and advisors documentation they can understand, afford, and confidently stand behind. Outside the office, Andrew enjoys time with his wife and four children, serving in his church, and exploring the outdoors.
